Sheila brings with her over 20 years of experience in civil aviation, where she learned the value of excellent service and the joy of creating memorable moments. Her career began at just 18, and throughout the years she traveled the world, always connected to caring for people.
Today, she has transformed that experience into a passion for tourism. As a guide, Sheila shares her love for Rio de Janeiro, unveiling not only its famous landmarks but also the flavors, rhythm, and unique joy of being carioca. Her mission is to welcome each visitor with warmth and authenticity, providing unforgettable experiences in this marvelous city.

Carmen Aguilera
For nearly 28 years, Carmen traveled the world as an international flight attendant. Over 11 years ago, she traded her wings for the rhythm of samba and the joy of guiding visitors through Rio de Janeiro.
She is a History teacher and samba musician, she blends culture, fun, and warmth into every tour. Her mission is to ensure guests don’t just visit Rio—they truly experience it.
Gustavo de Sá
Gustavo is a History teacher and licensed tour guide who has been sharing his love for Rio de Janeiro since 2004.
Dedicated to welcoming tourists from different nationalities, he combines knowledge and curiosity to create unique and enriching experiences. With him, every tour is an opportunity to discover new perspectives of the city.
Márcia Todeschini
Márcia is a professional tour guide with 15 years of experience. She is passionate about sharing Rio’s culture, history, geography, and lifestyle while guiding visitors through breathtaking scenery. Her enthusiasm and knowledge make every tour both inspiring and memorable.
Carina Morandi
Carina is a licensed tour guide with international experience in cities such as London and Paris. With a degree in Tourism and Gastronomy, she also works as an instructor of Brazilian cuisine. Passionate about Rio de Janeiro, she brings her charm and admiration for the city to every tour she leads.
Sabina
Sabina is a tour guide for Brazil and South America, fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian—her native language. With a degree in Psychology, she designs personalized tours that highlight Rio’s most iconic landmarks, such as Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain, while showcasing the city’s architectural and cultural treasures. Her deep knowledge and engaging style allow visitors to connect with the true essence of Rio.
